A Michigan Nonprofit organization announces–
SPRUCE UP MAY KICKS OFF 2022 EVENTS
Lilley Cares hosted its second annual Spruce Up Spring Lake on Saturday May 14, 2022. With the help of local volunteers, sixty-four planters throughout the Village were planted with summer flowers and plants. Each year, with cooperation and guidance from the Village of Spring Lake, Lilley Cares works to make Spring Lake the beautiful community it is today.
The Mission of Lilley Cares is to engage in charitable events that bring the Spring Lake Village community together to work toward a more beautiful and self-sustaining Village. The Lilley Mansion, which was moved to its present location in 2019 with enormous community support, isa symbol of both historic and reborn Spring Lake, and its name will come to represent the efforts of an entire community to beautify and enhance Spring Lake as a whole through Lilley Cares.
Lilley Cares will hold an after-work party on Friday May 20th at Windermere House to celebrate the kickoff of 2022. There is a $35 donation at the door which will go to support the beautification efforts and to other planned events in 2022.
